In all my life and all my moves (7 houses bought and 7 houses sold) as an adult, I’ve NEVER had a better realtor—in fact, no one has even been in the same league as Sharon. She impressed me and my husband so much from an open house that we attended right before we were going to actively look for a house that we chose her over a few friends of mine. One of the wisest decisions I’ve ever made. She exceeds every checkmark of a great realtor: Always looking for your perfect house, available anytime—in fact when we were in Texas to close on the house we were moving from, she found a house that was a great fit for us and although we weren’t going to be back in Ohio until late, because time was important (it was a bidding war), she met us at the house at 8:00 on a Saturday night and was happy to do it. I emailed her once, later in the evening thinking it would be answered the following day and she called me immediately while she was playing cards with friends!!
